For exhibitors

Stand space at €89/m², individually planned. Registration closes 30 October 2026.

The gathering place of the industry. Since 2009.

Your audience

Two days, the whole industry.

At EUROTOI you meet decision-makers from toilet, tent and construction-site rental, along with municipalities, private and public operators and the events industry. The people you would otherwise spend months phoning and visiting come to your stand.

  • 600+ trade visitors in 2026
  • around 50 % from Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • around 35 % from the rest of Europe
  • around 15 % from further afield

Why EUROTOI

Small enough to talk.

EUROTOI is small: 37 exhibitors in 2026. That is exactly why conversations happen here. Regular customers drop by, somebody introduces somebody else, a competitor's customer stops at your stand. In a hall with ten thousand visitors that doesn't happen.

And nobody drives into the Eifel in January by accident. Whoever comes has a reason.

On Thursday evening it carries on without the stands: the Kart Grand Prix at 18:00, then the get-together from 19:00.

Voices from the industry

Ask the people who've already been.

We asked exhibitors on the show floor: who comes to your stand, what comes of the conversations, and why do you come back? Their answers, in three minutes.

How it works

From enquiry to stand space.

1 Request the documents
One email is enough. You get the registration form, the terms of participation and the order documents.
2 Send the registration back
Completed and signed, by email, by 30 October 2026. It tells us your dimensions, stand type and placement wishes. The registration is binding.
3 Placement offer
We plan the floor for all exhibitors together and propose a position to you.
4 Admission
We confirm your stand at the latest eight weeks before the fair.
Note
We follow placement wishes wherever the overall plan allows. The final floor layout stays with us – that's how the route works for every exhibitor.

Answered briefly

Frequently asked

How much does a stand cost?

Stand space costs €89.00 per m², net. A media flat fee of €10.00 net per exhibitor comes on top, for your entry in the exhibitor directory and a feature on our social media channels. Stand construction, furniture and connections are ordered separately.

When is the registration deadline for exhibitors?

30 October 2026. Later registrations are considered only if space is still available.

Are there fixed stand sizes?

No. You give us the width and depth, and we plan the space around it.

Can I choose my stand position?

You can tell us next to whom you would like to stand – or not. We follow that wherever the overall plan allows. The final layout stays with us.

Can I cancel my registration?

The registration is binding. If you cancel, we try to let the space to someone else. What we receive for it is refunded to you, less a flat rate for our expenses. The details are in section 7 of the terms of participation.

When can I set up and dismantle?

Set-up is on 19 and 20 January 2027, 08:00–20:00. Dismantling is on 22 January, 15:00–21:00, and on 23 January, 08:00–13:00.

Does my stand need approval?

Only if it is higher than 2.50 m or you plan special activities at the stand. For a higher stand you need the consent of your neighbours, and we need the plan by 1 December 2026. The same date applies to special activities.
