Getting here

In the middle of the Eifel, in the middle of Europe.

The ring°boulevard is in Nürburg, in the Eifel between Cologne and Koblenz. Most visitors come by car – from the Ruhr region, the Netherlands, Belgium and Rhine-Main. If you fly in, we recommend a rental car from the airport.

By car

The Nürburgring lies between the Ruhr region and Rhine-Main and is reached via the A1, A48 and A61. Enter 53520 Nürburg, Otto-Flimm-Straße into your navigation system.

By air

The nearest airports are Cologne/Bonn, Frankfurt-Hahn, Frankfurt am Main and Düsseldorf. We recommend a rental car from there.

By public transport

The nearest stations are Ahrweiler and Gerolstein, then onward by bus or taxi. We recommend travelling by car.

Parking

Free parking available.

Where to stay

Everything within walking distance.

We have reserved room allocations at three hotels – none of them more than 100 metres from the ring°boulevard. Please quote the keyword EUROTOI when booking.

  • Nürburgring Congress Hotel

    Nürburgring Congress Hotel 4 stars

154 rooms and suites right on the Grand Prix circuit. Restaurant and bar in the house, a 240 m² spa with two saunas and a steam bath, and a gym open around the clock. The comfortable option if you want something from your stay after two days at the fair.

Other accommodation

The allocations are limited and go quickly in January. You'll find further hotels, guesthouses and holiday apartments in Nürburg, Adenau and the surrounding area – Adenau is around ten minutes away by car. The Hocheifel-Nürburgring tourist office runs an accommodation search for the region.

What's on

The evening belongs to the industry.

Thursday evening carries on after the fair closes, just without the stands: first the Kart Grand Prix, then the get-together. And if you arrive early or stay on, there's plenty at the Ring to fill the rest of the day.

Kart Grand Prix

  • EUROTOI Cup on the ring°kartbahn
  • Thursday, starting 18:00
  • Up to 50 participants
  • Sign-up required (on site)

Get-together

  • Thursday from 19:00
  • Cockpit Bar at the Dorint
  • Open to all visitors and exhibitors

Answered briefly

Frequently asked

How much is admission?

Admission is free for trade visitors.

Is there a talks programme?

No. EUROTOI belongs to the stands and the conversations at them. The programme is in the evening: on Thursday the Kart Grand Prix at 18:00 and the get-together from 19:00.

Who exhibits?

Around 30 exhibitors from more than 10 countries, from portable toilets to vacuum and pump technology.

How do trade visitors register for EUROTOI?

Online at www.eurotoi.eu. Your ticket comes by email and is scanned at the entrance, printed or on your phone. You can also register on site, but that takes longer.

Can visitors arrange business meetings with exhibitors?

EUROTOI doesn't arrange business meetings. Visitors contact the companies they're interested in directly, ideally before the show; the exhibitor list is a good place to start.

Can the organiser book the hotel room for me?

Guests book their rooms directly with the hotel, quoting the keyword "Eurotoi".

Is there transport from Frankfurt to the venue or hotel?

There is no shuttle service from Frankfurt. The most practical way to reach the Nürburgring is by rental car.
