EUROTOI is Europe’s trade fair for mobile sanitary systems. It has taken place since 2009; in 2027 on 21–22 January at the Nürburgring, with 30+ exhibitors from more than 10 countries and over 600 trade visitors from more than 30 countries.

For rental and service, waste disposal and technology, events and construction, and for municipalities and emergency services.

The ring°boulevard is in Nürburg, in the Eifel between Cologne and Koblenz. By car you come via the A1, A48 or A61; for the sat nav: Otto-Flimm-Straße, 53520 Nürburg. The nearest airports are Cologne/Bonn, Frankfurt-Hahn, Frankfurt am Main and Düsseldorf; from there we recommend a rental car. By train, the nearest stations are Ahrweiler and Gerolstein, then on by bus or taxi.

Admission is free for trade visitors.

No. EUROTOI belongs to the stands and the conversations at them. The programme is in the evening: on Thursday the Kart Grand Prix at 18:00 and the get-together from 19:00.

Online at www.eurotoi.eu. Your ticket comes by email and is scanned at the entrance, printed or on your phone. You can also register on site, but that takes longer.

EUROTOI doesn't arrange business meetings. Visitors contact the companies they're interested in directly, ideally before the show; the exhibitor list is a good place to start.

Guests book their rooms directly with the hotel, quoting the keyword "Eurotoi".

There is no shuttle service from Frankfurt. The most practical way to reach the Nürburgring is by rental car.

Stand space costs €89.00 per m², net. A media flat fee of €10.00 net per exhibitor comes on top, for your entry in the exhibitor directory and a feature on our social media channels. Stand construction, furniture and connections are ordered separately.

No. You give us the width and depth, and we plan the space around it.

You can tell us next to whom you would like to stand – or not. We follow that wherever the overall plan allows. The final layout stays with us.

The registration is binding. If you cancel, we try to let the space to someone else. What we receive for it is refunded to you, less a flat rate for our expenses. The details are in section 7 of the terms of participation.

Set-up is on 19 and 20 January 2027, 08:00–20:00. Dismantling is on 22 January, 15:00–21:00, and on 23 January, 08:00–13:00.

Only if it is higher than 2.50 m or you plan special activities at the stand. For a higher stand you need the consent of your neighbours, and we need the plan by 1 December 2026. The same date applies to special activities.
